All prices listed on our platforms are in Nigerian Naira. Payment must be completed through approved payment methods before an order is processed. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Orders & Availability
Placing an order does not guarantee product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after payment, we will notify you and offer an alternative or refund.

6. Delivery
We offer nationwide delivery through trusted logistics partners such as GIG Logistics. Delivery timelines may vary based on location. Once a package is handed over to the courier, delays caused by the delivery company are beyond our control.

7. No Unauthorized Reselling
Products purchased from Ochi Fragrance Villa cannot be resold, repackaged, or redistributed without written permission. Unauthorized resale may result in cancellation of future orders.

8. Intellectual Property
All content, including images, descriptions, branding, and product names (such as “Walking Lollipop” and “Erotic Smackdown Package”), is the property of Ochi Fragrance Villa and may not be copied or used without permission.

10. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of fragrance products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for used or opened items. Refunds are only applicable if an error is made on our part or if a product is unavailable.
